Our Servicing Concept
All over the world, we care about the smooth operation of
your power plants. Our Woodward SEG service team highly ensures the
operational availability of your switchboards and systems. To
achieve this, we are doing our very best, day for day!
Pre-Sales Service – System Protection – Consultancy
Before buying one of our protection relays, you will
receive qualified advice that allows you to find the optimum
protection devices for your application.
Retrofitting and Extensions
When you retrofit-, modernise- and extend your system, our fast
and competitive servicing guarantees that your equipment investment
is secured, thus allowing you to upgrade your system cheaply.
Engineering - Projects
In addition to standard protection applications, such as
mains protection and generator/machine protection, for your
individual combined protection and control technology projects, we
always develop tailor-made solutions. When it comes to to control,
interlocking or supervision of your medium-voltage switchboard, we
are the best ones to rely on.
Mains Studies
On the basis of a system's analysis with short-circuit
calculation you will receive an individual, customized protection
concept from us. Through a time distance graph showing tripping
values and times, we enable you to keep your system in perfect
working order. Optimal protection can only be achieved by means of
a correct and accurate device setting!
Hotline - After Sales Service
We want our customers to be perfectly satisfied.
Consultancy and customer support are, of course, an essential part
of our after sales service. For further queries or information, our
qualified service team will be at your disposal any time.
On Site Service – Commissioning
Our skilled personnel will assist you during initial
commissioning of our protection and functional devices. Using our
test systems, we furthermore make an overall secondary equipment
test of your plant and document the results.
System Maintenance
To allow safe functioning of your plant over the whole life-cycle,
we offer maintenance and periodic tests for your secondary
equipment, because – especially after many years – reliability
should be given the highest priority!
Replacement of Devices
If one of our devices should fail, despite its' high quality, we
will replace and newly check it as quickly as possible to minimise
your downtimes.
Training
Whether at your plant or at our company SEG, we will be glad to
train you how to handle our devices and carry out secondary tests.
Including general topics covering the fundamentals of protection
and transformer technology, we are, of course, able to train you in
advanced protection and application fields.
